Overview

JCW are working with a growing payments firm based in London who are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join its expanding team. This is a key role responsible for supporting and enhancing the firm’s compliance framework, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, and promoting a strong culture of compliance across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the firm’s compliance framework Monitor and interpret relevant regulatory requirements, ensuring the business remains compliant with applicable laws and guidelines Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to internal stakeholders Oversee and conduct compliance monitoring reviews, identifying and mitigating potential risks Assist with regulatory reporting and maintain effective relationships with relevant regulatory bodies Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and internal controls Deliver compliance training and promote awareness across the organisation Support internal and external audits, as required

Requirements

Approximately 6-9 years of compliance experience within a payments firm Strong understanding of UK regulatory frameworks, including FCA requirements Experience in compliance monitoring, advisory, and policy development Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
