Ourclient,anestablishedandreputablemaincontractor,isseekinganexperiencedanddrivenBidManagertojointheirManchester-basedteam.Youllplayapivotalroleinsecuringhigh-profileconstructionprojectsacrosstheNorthWestandbeyondspanningsectorssuchasresidential,commercial,education,healthcareandindustrial.
TheRole
AsBidManager,youllbethedrivingforcebehindourtenderingsuccess.Workingcloselywiththeestimating,planning,commercial,andtechnicalteams,youllmanagethefullbidlife-cyclefrominitialstrategydevelopmentthroughtofinalsubmissionandclientpresentation.
Keyresponsibilities:
- LeadbidmanagementprocessfromPQQtoITTandpost-tenderclarifications
- Developwinningstrategies,bidplansandcompellingcontentalignedwithclientneeds
- Coordinateinternalandexternalstakeholderstoensuretimely,high-qualitysubmissions
- Facilitateworkshopsandreviews,drivingsolutiondevelopmentandcontinuousimprovement xbpsjku
- Write,review,andpolishwrittenproposalswithconsistencyandimpact
- Maintainbidlibraryandensureknowledge-sharingacrossteams
- Engagewiththewiderbusinessonpipelineopportunitiesandmarketintelligence
