An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Construction Disputes Lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join a highly regarded team at a highly ranked Legal 500 firm.

The Role

You will join a well-established construction disputes team, advising an impressive roster of developers, investors, contractors, and high-net-worth individuals. The work is varied and often high-value, including:

• Adjudications, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution
• Complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes
• Advising on risk management and dispute avoidance strategies
• Supporting on projects with an international dimension

This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility, work closely with partners, and play a key role in client relationships.

The Candidate

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with ideally 3-6 years PQE
• Strong experience in construction disputes (contentious focus essential)
• Background at a reputable City, regional, or specialist construction firm
• Experience in adjudication and/or High Court litigation preferred
• Commercially astute with excellent drafting and advocacy skills
• A confident communicator with a proactive and team-oriented approach
