The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a long established construction company working on a wide range of public and commercial projects generally ranging from £8 25m. This particular project is a £15m Steel Frame job in South Belfast Reporting to the Contracts Manager and the Managing Director duties will include: Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints Day to day running of the Project Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines Delegating supervision tasks to Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships Providing specialist technical leadership Qualifications/Skills Required: Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Projects valued £10M+ Excellent organisational and coordination skills Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints Site managers CSR card or equivalent 3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience. IT and standard industry software skills Full driving licence Ambitious and self-motivated Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment Skills: Project Management Construction Steel Frame
