Construction Project Manager

The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a long established construction company working on a wide range of public and commercial projects generally ranging from £8 – 25m.

This particular project is a £15m Steel Frame job in South Belfast

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and the Managing Director duties will include:

·        Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints

·        Day to day running of the Project

·        Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements

·        Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets

·        Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines

·        Delegating supervision tasks to

·        Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships

·        Providing specialist technical leadership

·        Qualifications/Skills Required:

·        Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Projects valued £10M+

·        Excellent organisational and coordination skills

·        Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints

·        Site managers CSR card or equivalent

·        3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience.

·        IT and standard industry software skills

·        Full driving licence

·        Ambitious and self-motivated

·        Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients

·        Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site

·        Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment
