Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Croydon for a Construction Site Manager. The Construction Site Manager will oversee day-to-day site operations, manage construction teams, and ensure safety and compliance at the site. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project schedules, cost control, budgeting, and maintaining project progress. The successful candidate will communicate with stakeholders and ensure the implementation of projects meets company quality standards and deadlines.


Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Site Management and Construction Site Management
  • Proficiency in Planning and coordinating project tasks and schedules
  • Experience in Cost Control and Budgeting for construction projects
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Croydon and effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Can read plans and monitor carefully as the site is being built, and can troubleshoot issues
  • Relevant certifications and training in construction management or a similar field (preferred)
  • Experience in doing hospitality fit-outs is essential for the role.
