We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Construction Site Manager to join our team.


We are building refurbishment and retrofit experts.

Specialising in commercial, residential, education and leisure refurbishments, we offer both traditional and design-build contracts. Our services include managing projects with budgets ranging from £50,000 to £10,000,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Bloom Construction Group management framework
  • Orchestrate day-to-day site activities
  • Manage the flow of sub-contractor’s design information to suit the programme of works on site
  • Review design drawings for build-ability and co-ordination
  • Drive the very highest standards of quality
  • Monitor and report progress internally to directors and externally to clients

 

Skillset/ Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience in leading and delivering refurbishment projects
  • Ability to build and manage construction programmes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree qualified or equivalent NVQ Level
