Harkaye Core Talent is partnering with a highly regarded national law firm to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor into their growing and ambitious team.

The Role


You will:


  • Manage your own caseload of non-contentious construction matters
  • Support and supervise junior team members where appropriate
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Work collaboratively across teams and practice areas
  • Contribute to business development activities, including networking and client engagement
  • Support the wider growth and performance of the team
  • Stay up to date with legal and sector developments


About You


Essential:


  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales
  • Strong experience in non-contentious construction law
  • Proven ability to manage matters independently
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
  • Commercial mindset with an interest in business development
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills


Desirable:


  • Experience working with clients in the Education, Charity, or Public sectors
  • Dual qualification or professional membership (e.g. MRICS, MCIOB)
  • Experience or qualifications in ADR (arbitration/adjudication)
