Overview Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced Technical Consultant ideally with experience in HR Systems to join the team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities
Design integration architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and best practices. Develop and deliver data and reporting frameworks that support business intelligence and analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. Oversee integration testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation. Provide technical governance and quality assurance from project design through to deployment.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with HR Systems. Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies, ideally within HCM or ERP platforms (preferably Workday). Involvement in at least one end-to-end platform implementation. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs. Consulting background is an advantage, particularly with experience across diverse client environments.
