Contentious Construction Associate (2+ PQE) | Top Tier Legal 500 Firm


We are working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm seeking a talented Contentious Construction Associate (2+ PQE) to join its highly regarded disputes team.


This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, high-value construction and engineering disputes, both domestic and international. The team advises a broad client base including major contractors, developers, funders, and consultants.


The Role:

  • Advising on a wide range of contentious construction matters, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation
  • Acting on high-profile disputes across infrastructure, energy, and commercial developments
  • Supporting partners on complex cases while also managing your own matters
  • Engaging directly with clients and contributing to business development initiatives


About You:

  • 2–5 years’ PQE with strong contentious construction experience from a reputable firm
  • Solid grounding in adjudication and/or arbitration
  • Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach
