Continuous Improvement Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Utilize Value Stream Mapping to identify waste and implement improvement plans.
- Apply SMED methodology to reduce changeover times.
- Support 5S activities and lead Kaizen events.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through employee Kaizen systems.
- Implement Root Cause Analysis to enhance customer quality.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to improve delivery metrics.
- Conduct process time studies to support line balancing and Takt Time achievement.
- Analyze and improve company processes and procedures.
- Support shop floor data collection and process maintenance.
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops for business improvements.
Qualifications
- Level 4 or higher in Business Improvement and Leadership frameworks.
Experience & Skills
- Experience in change management within manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping and SMED.
- Minimum 5 years in a Continuous Improvement role.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Effective communication with stakeholders.
- Creative, flexible, and methodical approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Requirements
- SC clearance or ability to obtain it.
- Willingness to travel.
