About the Role: We are looking for a Contract Support professional to join our team at BGIS. You will work closely with Contract Managers, Engineers, and external contacts to ensure accurate processing of paperwork and smooth delivery of services to our clients. This role is key to supporting operational performance and maintaining compliance across our engineering contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from BGIS teams and clients. Produce financial and statistical reports for the contract portfolio. Raise work orders for new contracts, jobs, and quotes. Raise purchase orders and place orders for engineers and subcontractors. Complete all paperwork for monthly billing and ensure timely invoicing. Manage and close monthly PPMs for the team. Supervise all work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure accurate invoicing. Maintain accurate client files and ensure they are up to date. Process timesheets, job sheets, and expenses weekly. Log holiday and sickness for engineers and maintain records. Handle general admin tasks including filing, photocopying, and archiving. Ensure subcontractor documentation meets Health & Safety and company standards. Maintain subcontractor records and log book systems. Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and resolve queries promptly. Produce weekly and monthly statistical reports. Take ownership of tasks through to completion.What We're Looking For:
