Contract Support - Greenwich - Hybrid (Mon - Fri)

Are you an experienced Helpdesk Operator looking for a stable, part-time role with great daytime hours in Greenwich? We're seeking a skilled, proactive individual to join our team!

The Role:

Location: Lewisham

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)

Salary/Rate: Competitive (TBC based on experience)

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the first point of contact for all service requests and queries, ensuring they are logged accurately and passed to the correct teams for action. This involves:

Logging, prioritising, and tracking service requests and incidents.

Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Managing and updating data within our systems.

What You'll Need:

ESSENTIAL: Significant previous experience working in a busy helpdesk or similar service environment.

ESSENTIAL: Proven working knowledge and experience with the CAFM system Maximo.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A professional, friendly, and methodical approach to problem-solving.
