Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple fire safety projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised, and commercially aware professional to join a well-established contractor.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing teams across a range of active and upcoming contracts. You will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company and regulatory requirements.

The position is primarily office-based, with regular site visits as required. You will also provide clear, accurate reporting to FRA Directors and maintain strong communication with clients.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Oversee delivery of fire-stopping and fire door installation contracts nationwide\n\n * Manage site teams, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance\n\n * Provide project reports to Directors\n\n * Maintain strong relationships with clients, attending meetings and resolving issues\n\n * Ensure programmes of work are achieved within deadlines\n\n * Uphold company standards and represent the business professionally\n\nCandidate Requirements\n\n * Strong knowledge of fire stopping and fire door installation\n\n * Carpentry background or trade-based experience \n\n * Confident communicator with experience in client meetings\n\n * Computer literate and able to produce clear written reports\n\n * Proven ability to manage and motivate teams\n\n * Professional, presentable, and highly organised\n\nPackage\n\n * Salary:£60,000 - £70,000 (DOE)\n\n * Company vehicle\n\nIf you are a Contracts Manager looking for your next move please apply or call Robert for a confidential discussion
