The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to lead Passive Fire Protection and FRA works.
This is a hands-on role where you will take full ownership of contracts, from mobilisation through to delivery and financial performance.


The Role
  • - Manage Passive Fire / Fire Stopping / FRA contracts
  • - Take ownership of contract performance and margin
  • - Manage direct labour and subcontractors
  • - Monitor productivity and performance
  • - Carry out site visits and compliance checks
  • - Build strong client relationships
  • - Drive H&S, compliance and quality standards

What Were Looking For
  • - Contracts Manager experience in Passive Fire / FRA
  • - Strong knowledge of fire stopping and compliance
  • - Experience managing labour-based delivery
  • - Commercially and financially aware
  • - Proactive, accountable and delivery-focused
  • - Strong leadership and communication skills
