With a strong pipeline of projects and an ambitious growth plan, we are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team and oversee the delivery of multiple new build schemes from inception to completion.
The Role As Contracts Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple social housing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects meet client requirements and comply with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
