The Role We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple roofing and cladding contracts, managing the full lifecycle from client enquiry to final handover. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys and interpret technical specifications and drawings Produce costings, risk assessments, value-engineered proposals and tender documents Manage contract mobilisation, including scope, budgets, timelines, KPIs and procurement
