We are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Contracts Manager to join a busy high profile residential development in Preston to join our growing construction team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the project runs smoothly, stays on budget, meets deadlines, and follows all legal and safety standards. You will manage the contracts between the client, main contractors, and subcontractors, and act as a key point of contact throughout the project along with delivery in full compliance with NHBC standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager who has a strong background in construction management within new build houses.
The role
As a Freelance Contract Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of all contracts related to a live housing site. Your key responsibility will be ensuring the project is delivered in compliance with contractual agreements, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
