We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Conveyancer (2-3 years PQE) to join our growing property team in Alfreton. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm with a strong local reputation.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Remortgages New build transactions Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
About You
Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with 2-3 years' PQE Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent client care and communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
