Based in the heart of Walsall this reputable, long standing law firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join its small but successful practice. This is a full-time permanent role. 

The firm 

Our client is a small but well-run firm in Walsall that has a high staff retention rate. The firm can offer a solicitor/legal executive a supportive, friendly and flexible working environment with real progression opportunities. 

The role 

Our client is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor with at least 2 years PQE. The role will involve handling a caseload of sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and re-mortgage. You will have plenty of secretarial support along with support from more senior members of the team. 

About you 

To be considered for this residential conveyancer role you must be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least two years’ experience running your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You must be a team player and pride yourself up client care and this firm focuses on quality over quantity.
