Co-Pilot Engineer - D365 / Power Platform (Contract) £750-800 Inside IR35 Hybrid (London, Glasgow, Remote) 3-Months rolling Overview We're supporting a global consulting-led transformation for a major banking client, focused on modernising HR operations through Microsoft technologies. The programme centres on building a Co-Pilot-enabled HR case management solution, targeting ~70% automation of employee queries across a new Dynamics 365 environment. As a Co-Pilot Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building Co-Pilot-enabled workflows and applications across the Microsoft stack, supporting a large-scale HR transformation. While you will be working in an advisory role, we need someone with strong technical capability and the ability to operate within a fast-moving, enterprise programme. Location: This role will be hybrid, your time in-office will be split between London & Glasgow with travel expenses paid. This project starts in May and we can work down notice periods.
