Overview
We're supporting a global consulting-led transformation for a major banking client, focused on modernising HR operations through Microsoft technologies.
The programme centres on building a Co-Pilot-enabled HR case management solution, targeting ~70% automation of employee queries across a new Dynamics 365 environment.
As a Co-Pilot Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building Co-Pilot-enabled workflows and applications across the Microsoft stack, supporting a large-scale HR transformation.
While you will be working in an advisory role, we need someone with strong technical capability and the ability to operate within a fast-moving, enterprise programme.
Location: This role will be hybrid, your time in-office will be split between London & Glasgow with travel expenses paid.
This project starts in May and we can work down notice periods.
Core Responsibilities
Build and configure solutions across Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Develop and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Service for HR case management use cases
Implement Microsoft Copilot capabilities to automate HR queries and workflows
Design scalable, user-focused solutions aligned to enterprise standards
Work closely with stakeholders across UK and US teams
What They're Looking For
Strong hands-on experience across Power Platform and D365
Proven experience delivering case management solutions (Customer Service)
Exposure to or experience with Copilot / AI-driven workflow automation
Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Clear communicator with strong delivery focus
Contract Details
Rate: £750-£850 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: Initial 3 months, with strong extension potential
Location: Hybrid - London & Glasgow (split across both)
Travel: Required (expenses covered)
