Corporate Commercial Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with good UK experience to join a London law firm on a permanent, full time basis.


The Role

The Corporate Commercial Lawyer will be dealing with a variety of clients such as SME's, start-ups corporate, international and owner managed businesses. You will be providing advice and guidance on a wide spectrum of issues ranging from:

  • Corporate matters
  • Joint ventures
  • Businesses and share sales and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings
  • Constitutional and shareholder issues
  • Commercial contracts

Candidate Requirements

The firm is looking for a Corporate Commercial Lawyer who has:

  • A mix of Commercial and Corporate experience. This could have been gained at a UK Law firm, or in house, or a combination of both.
  • Background / training in a range of Corporate Commercial matters
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • A good attention to detail
  • Flexible
