Corporate Lawyer - Legal Director - London


We are instructed by an established, London based, full-service commercial firm, which is looking to recruit a senior Corporate lawyer for its highly regarded team.


This is a role suitable for a mid-to senior lawyer and will be offered at Legal Director level. The successful applicant will join a team which acts for private and publicly listed companies, high-net-worth individuals as well as family offices. Work will be broad and will include M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments and exits and restructurings.


We would like to see applications from corporate lawyers who have upwards of six years' PQE, gained at a well-ranked corporate practice in London.


This is a full-time, permanent opportunity which will provide excellent work and a genuine work/life balance.
