Job Title: Legal Director – Corporate Lawyer


Location: London (Hybrid Working)

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Legal Director to join a highly regarded, boutique London law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising HNWIs, family offices, entrepreneurs, and privately-owned and international businesses.

This is a senior role offering high-quality transactional work, genuine autonomy, and a clear pathway toward Partnership within a close-knit and collaborative team.


The Role:

You will lead and advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

• Share and business acquisitions and disposals

• Joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic investments

• Shareholder and investment agreements

• Fundraising and growth transactions

• Advising entrepreneurs, family offices, and privately-owned groups


You will have direct client exposure, take ownership of transactions, and play a key role in the team’s continued growth.


What We’re Looking For:

• UK-qualified Solicitor with 5–8 years PQE in Corporate law

• Strong M&A and transactional experience

• Experience advising private businesses, entrepreneurs, or investors

• Commercial, pragmatic, and confident managing matters independently

• Interest in business development and long-term progression


Experience working with HNWIs or family offices is advantageous but not essential.
