6 month contract (very strong likelihood of extension)

A leading Magic Circle firm is seeking a high-calibre Corporate Paralegal to join its top-tier Corporate team in London.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the heart of a market-leading practice, supporting on complex, high-value domestic and cross-border transactions for major corporates, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors.

You will play a key role in supporting associates and partners on:

• M&A transactions (public and private)
• Private equity deals
• Corporate reorganisations
• Due diligence and disclosure exercises
• Drafting and reviewing ancillary transaction documents
• Managing transaction bibles and signing/completion processes
• Coordinating with international offices and external counsel

This is a fast-paced, high-performance environment, offering exposure to premium-quality work and the opportunity to build on existing transactional experience.

About You

• LPC or SQE1 completed (essential)
• Prior transactional experience within a reputable City, international or strong regional firm
• Strong academic background
• Confident drafting skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage competing deadlines in a demanding environment
• Commercially aware and proactive in your approach
