Are you a natural relationship-builder with a talent for inspiring corporate partners to make a real difference? This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation at the heart of its sector, playing a key role in delivering an ambitious growth strategy.

This is a chance to take ownership of high-profile partnerships in a supportive, ambitious team that is passionate about making a global impact. You’ll have the freedom to be creative, the scope to develop new ideas, and the opportunity to work with some of the most influential names in the sector.

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll manage and grow a portfolio of high-value global partners, ensuring they feel inspired, engaged, and motivated to continue their support. You’ll also help shape and deliver new business opportunities, strengthen long-term relationships, and drive creative campaigns that raise both awareness and income.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading stewardship of major corporate partnerships, ensuring strong engagement and retention.
  • Developing bespoke partnership and stewardship plans, spotting opportunities to grow support.
  • Working with colleagues to deliver compelling impact communications and reports.
  • Supporting new business activity – from prospecting and proposals to meetings and negotiations.
  • Playing a visible role at sector events, networking confidently with senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing high-value partnerships in a charity or commercial setting.
  • Strong understanding of CSR and ESG, and how they shape modern corporate giving.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior level.
  • A strategic communicator who can create compelling proposals, reports, and campaigns.
  • Organised, proactive, and resilient – comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Experience with supporter databases (Raiser’s Edge desirable).
  • An understanding of, or interest in, the maritime/shipping sector is an advantage.
