\nPQE REQUIRED: NQ – 3pqe
\nLOCATION: Staffordshire
\nSALARY: £50,000 - £55,000 (dependant on experience.)

\nTHE ROLE:
\nThe appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team of experts who have established a well-deserved reputation for providing excellent technical advice and well as displaying exceptional commercial awareness. The team act on behalf of a diverse and wide range of clients including multinational companies, international investors and entrepreneurs. The Corporate Solicitor will have the flexibility to decide whether they specialise in a particular field or whether they undertake a more broad M & A caseload. It is expected that the Corporate Solicitor will hit the ground running from the outset and take on a busy caseload, in addition to supporting other more junior members of the team.
