We're working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Leeds that's looking to grow its Corporate team with an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ-7 PQE).

The Role:

You'll work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • M&A transactions
    • \n\t
  • Private equity and venture capital
    • \n\t
  • Corporate restructures and shareholder agreements
    • \n\t
  • General advisory for a wide range of clients
    • \n

You'll be part of a collaborative, partner-led team working on high-quality transactions across the region and nationally.
