What does a Cover Supervisor do?
* Supervise whole classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring lessons run smoothly
* Deliver pre-prepared work and keep pupils focused and engaged
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Provide support and guidance where needed, helping pupils stay on track
* Be a positive role model, creating a calm and productive learning environment

What we’re looking for:
* A degree (any subject) or proven experience with young people, backed up by a confident can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional presence and the ability to adapt quickly
* Previous experience in education, youth work, coaching, or tutoring is helpful, but not essential
