What You'll Need:

* Experience working with young people in a school, youth work, coaching, or similar environment is desirable but not essential * Confidence managing a classroom and supervising students during teacher absence * Strong communication and behaviour management xbpsjku skills * Ability to deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task * Adaptability to work across different secondary schools and subjects * No QTS required - ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced school support staff, or those considering a career in education * Graduates and individuals considering a career in teaching are strongly encouraged to apply
