The Role WorkingwithintheOperationsDepartment,providingsupporttotheClientManagementteamsforproactivemanagementofaportfolioofclients. TodeliverexceptionalClientservice,maintaininternalandClientrelationships,andeffectivelyidentifyanyriskstopreventlossofincomeandreputationtoourbusiness.

Responsibilities- CreditControl:

Todeliverandmaintainproactiveandeffective collectionsprocesses,whilstdeliveringexcellentservicetotheClients. Toensurecollectionandfollow-upcallsaremadewithin agreedtimescales. Toensureadequatelevelsofverificationaremaintained ontheClient'sLedgersatalltimes. Torecordandmaintainup-to-datedebtorcontact details Torecordandmaintainthedebtordiaryandcollection notesontheoperatingsystem. Toassistthedataprocessingteambyobtaining remittanceadviceandallocationdetailsforexpected debtorreceipts. Toidentifyanysalesledgerqueriesandworkclosely withtheClientManagementteamstoensurethat Clientsresolvedisputesquicklyandareawareofany difficultrecoverysituationsthatmayrequirelegal action.
