The role focuses on advising on complex proceeds of crime matters, such as asset restraint, confiscation, and enforcement – often linked to serious criminal activity. It involves analysing large volumes of evidence and working closely with investigators from an early stage to shape case strategy. You will oversee cases throughout the entire prosecution process, developing case strategies, making informed charging decisions, drafting detailed legal documentation, and providing advice on disclosure and evidential matters in complex proceedings.
Qualifications
Applicants should be qualified Solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE and strong criminal law experience; exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations is highly advantageous.
