Collaborate with support teams to turn user issues into actionable system improvements.Profile
Strong experience in business analysis within a CRM environment.
Skilled in gathering requirements and writing clear, actionable user stories.
Confident working with Salesforce and agile tools like Jira.
Excellent communicator who collaborates well across teams and regionsDetail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and improve processes.Job Offer
Competitive salary range of £55,000 to £58,000 per annum.
