CRM Specialist – Membership Organisation | Hybrid (UK-based)

Our client, a leading membership organisation, is looking for a CRM Specialist to support the onboarding and optimisation of their new CRM system. If you have experience with CRM systems or EMIS/IMS and are passionate about helping organisations thrive, this could be the role for you.


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage CRM onboarding and provide training to staff.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related queries.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system use.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance member experience.

  • Experience with CRM systems, EMIS or IMS.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in membership organisations is a plus.
