Monday to Thursday: 8 to 5, Friday: 8 to 4 Purpose of the role: To act as a trusted technical partner to customers by demonstrating how Dairygold products perform in their applications, offering clear solutions that support customer innovation and growth. Provides hands-on technical support throughout the development and trial process, ensuring successful delivery of customer projects and seamless introduction of new products into manufacturing. Key activities will include: Main technical contact for customer briefs, working directly with customer NPD teams, leading discussions, providing evidence-based recommendations Work closely with customers to understand their goals, category pressures, and product performance requirements & offer clear guidance on product suitability and functionality Analyse application and trial data to deliver clear monthly insights & maintain accurate, accessible records of all samples and trials Lead commercially driven factory trials that directly support customer strategies Evaluate trial output with a customer-first commercially minded approach Actively share category insights, market signals and emer...
