About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, ensuring high-quality service while meeting cost and delivery targets.
You will build and maintain strong relationships, handle customer queries efficiently, and work closely with internal teams to support smooth order scheduling and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Resolve customer queries related to accounts and warranties. Manage order scheduling and prioritize urgent requests. Coordinate resolution of technical issues between workshops and customers. Provide regular updates on order status and delivery performance. Maintain account gross margins. Raise work orders and handle related documentation. Keep accurate records by scanning and filing work packs.What We're Looking For:
Experience in customer interaction and account management. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel (including pivot tables). Experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
