Family run International Freight Forwarder with a 14-year history are going through a period of growth and need experienced Customs Clerks to come and join their fun team in Felixstowe

What You’ll Do:

· Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency

· Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations

· Track shipments and update systems with current status

· Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams

· Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally

· Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications

What You Bring:

· Experience in a customs or logistics-related role

· Skilled in using Destin8, CDS

· Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Solid computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
