Family run International Freight Forwarder with a 14-year history are going through a period of growth and need experienced Customs Clerks to come and join their fun team in Felixstowe
What Youll Do:
Prepare and process import/export documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Liaise with customs authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations
Track shipments and update systems with current status
Work closely with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams
Resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally
Stay on top of customs laws, tariffs, and classifications
What You Bring:
Experience in a customs or logistics-related role
Skilled in using Destin8, CDS
Great attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Solid computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
