We're a fast-growing, award-winning consumer technology company on an exciting mission, and we're looking for a Data Engineer to join our data team. You'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining the pipelines, models, and platforms that power insight and decision-making across the business.

Our data team sits at the heart of everything we do. We tackle a broad range of problems, from cutting-edge data solutions to pipeline infrastructure and orchestration platforms, supporting key strategic projects across the company.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Building robust and scalable data extraction pipelines, pulling data from diverse internal and external sources into our existing infrastructure
  • Creating, maintaining, and optimising data models using dbt, transforming raw data into enriched, usable datasets for self-service reporting and analytics
  • Working with Dagster as our orchestration platform to manage pipeline dependencies, scheduling, and monitoring
  • Partnering with data scientists and analysts to ensure datasets are meaningful, intuitive, and fit for purpose
  • Championing data governance and high-quality data practices across the business
  • Contributing to data platform infrastructure management and optimisation


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role, with a track record of sustained impact
  • Experience with modern orchestration tools, Dagster preferred, though Airflow or similar is also welcome
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with hands-on experience writing custom data assets and contributing to dbt pipelines
  • Solid understanding of git workflows and version control best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building strong relationships with stakeholders of varying data literacy
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine enthusiasm for shaping how data influences decision-making
