Core Data Model & Platform Leadership Own, improve and evolve the Core Data Model Work with architecture and platform engineers BI & Reporting Lead development of dashboards and reporting Align reporting with KPIs and operational needs Data Operations & Quality Oversee daily data operations and validation Improve monitoring, documentation and data flows Leadership & Collaboration Manage and mentor a small data team Act as the bridge between business, dev and data architecture
