Overview Wild Recruitment are working with a leading Aerospace manufacturer and are looking for experienced Deburrer's Responsibilities Inspect and manually deburr machined aerospace components to specified standards using hand tools (files, deburring knives, scrapers, etc.), rotary tools, and air tools. Remove sharp edges, burrs, and machining marks while maintaining critical dimensions and surface finishes. Work closely with CNC machinists, inspectors, and quality teams to identify and meet deburring requirements for each part. Read and interpret basic engineering drawings and job routers to understand deburring specifications. Ensure parts are cleaned and prepared for next process steps (e.g., inspection, assembly, anodising, or dispatch). Handle parts carefully to avoid damage or contamination, especially with high-value aerospace components. Maintain a clean and organised workstation and follow all health and safety regulations. Accurately complete any required production or quality documentation. Required Experience Previous experience in a deburring, finishing, or assembly role within a precision engineering or aerospace environment. High attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity.
