What's involved?
Working in a 30-cover fine dining restaurant serving a refined à la carte menu and seasonal tasting menus
Supporting the senior chefs in delivering food at a 3 Rosette standard
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high and consistent level
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
Assisting with menu development and contributing ideas
Showcasing the very best of ethical, British produce
