What you will be doing Prepare food at correct temperatures following HACCP guidelines.
Follow food safety procedures: FIFO, labeling, dating, cleaning, and proper storage, including cold chain compliance.
Ensure food quality and report any items that dont meet standards.
Monitor food quantities and portion sizes to reduce waste.
Check temperatures of food and equipment; ensure proper operation of freezers and report issues.
Report maintenance problems promptly.
Stay updated on company food safety programs and legal regulations.

Great communication skills and teamwork-oriented

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a big plus
This is a full time position(40 hours / 5 days per week). This is an on-site position and will be based at the hotel.
