Depot Manager - £50,000-£55,000 + Company Car allowance

Our client is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to take full ownership of their busy and successful depot. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a role where you will have real influence and control over how the depot operates, driving efficiency, performance, and team development.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards, and leading business improvement initiatives. A key part of the role will be providing strong leadership, coaching, and training to build a motivated and high-performing team, while fostering a culture of accountability, communication, and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Full management of depot operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ employees to deliver outstanding results.
Optimise depot layout, maintain a clean and organised environment, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure staff are trained and confident in new systems and processes.
Uphold and champion Health & Safety standards, compliance, and best practice.The Ideal Candidate:
