Working hours: 37.5 hours per week with on call responsibilities

About the Role:

The opportunity has arisen for a Regional Deputy Manager to join the Operations team and work alongside the current Regional Managers to cover Wolverhampton/Dudley area. The successful candidate will be deputy to the area specified.

The Operations team are looking for individuals who are looking to grow within the company and who have a drive for change and are passionate about supporting our employees to deliver the best support possible, ensuring that all our service users have a good quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

CQC Compliant in all services Lead CQC inspection Review service audits Develop Action Plans Training and development of Scheme/ Service Managers Maintain Safeguarding Logs and Trackers Develop support network for services Inc. On-call Review Support plans and risk assessments Managers Performance reviews Reviewing rota's Managing Scheme/Service Managers Annual Leave and Sickness Supporting with professional reviews and meetings Recruitment Quality Assurance MCA DOLS Applications/Reviews Support with Contracts Compliance Support and Guidance to Scheme/Service ManagersAbout you:

Qualifications:

Level 5 QCF Management/ working towards completion within 18 months of taking on the role Level 3 NVQ or equivalentEssential Requirements:

Full UK driver's licence and access to a vehicleDesirable Requirements:

Understanding CQC and other external agencies Knowledge of Inspections Understanding of the Key lines of enquiry Management experienceQualities:
