Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead design teams across multiple projects in London, managing the process from inception to completion. The role requires strong technical and creative oversight, with the ability to deliver high-quality interiors on time and within budget.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead and manage the design process across projects, from concept through to completion.\nCoordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure design intent is achieved.\nReview drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to maintain quality standards.\nManage client relationships, providing clear design updates and guidance.\nOversee design programmes, ensuring deadlines are met and design integration across disciplines.\nSupport procurement and construction teams to resolve design-related issues on site.Requirements / Experience\n\nProven experience as a Design Manager within interior fit-out or joinery projects; experience with main contractors may also be considered.\nStrong technical knowledge of construction and joinery detailing.\nExcellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nAbility to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.\nKnowledge of relevant design software and BIM processes.If interested, please get in touch with Neil, or contact the office on (phone number removed).
