Your Next Role - What You'll Be Doing As Design Manager, you'll take the lead in managing the design process across multiple live and pre-construction sites, working alongside internal project teams, external consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery. These are complex, fast-paced commercial and logistics projects requiring robust coordination, proactive issue resolution, and consistent client interface. You'll play a key part in project success — from early design reviews through to technical submissions and on-site support — while contributing to a collaborative and quality-focused team environment.
