With eight UK locations supporting a wide range of companies across FMCG, Aerospace, Water, Automation, and Metals Manufacturing, the UK business now generates £40 million turnover.Having made a number of acquisitions, this company have been able to develop their bespoke engineering services over the last 10+ years. Now the business is aiming for 10% growth, and as such have been reviewing their internal capability.As a result they are looking to recruit a Design Lead with immediate effect.The RoleThe role of Design Lead is a new position for the business, leading a team of 5 and coordinating the activity of the team around design projects. With around 70% hands on design work, this role also provides the ideal step up into management.
