About the Role: You will have the ability to lead on transactions, working very closely with the corporate finance partners. Proven experience in corporate finance, ideally at Associate Director or Director level. Strong track record in managing M&A, fundraising, or strategic advisory projects for SMEs and mid-market businesses. Ability to build and maintain client relationships at senior executive level. Highly motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering results.
